Armed with a Diploma in Rhetoric Writing from Harvard University she has fulfilled her dream of writing a series of books on salon management. With her books, she hopes to spread an understanding that beauty salons are not just an industry of facial treatments, hair cut or make up…it goes deeper and encompasses much more than that!

As Vice President of the Chamber of Trade Industry, Vice President of Women Empowerment in the Global Chamber of Consumer Rights, and Lecturer at the University of Delhi, Gunjann's reach extends far beyond salons.

She has also served for almost a year as the India Business and Technical Head at Naturals Beauty Academy and has authored almost all the books of Naturals Beauty Academy.  Her skill at designing the Curriculum for Naturals and introducing the academies with new technologies every month made such a lasting impression, that when she visited College of Coimbatore, they offered her a position as Board Member for Education. Gunjann has also designed few self-beauty courses on the online platform of IIT MADRAS. She has spent a year as the COO of Naturals Skill Development and Training Centre (NSTC) India where she planned and executed many projects including with the Governments of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka as also designed many SOPs for more than 800 plus Salons.

She holds a World Record for makeup by performing 345 makeups in just a span of 2 hours, with her small team.

Gunjann is also a “Serial Salon Opener” and holds a record for opening 50 Franchisee centres in a short span of one year for her own brand “Bharti Taneja's Alps Salon & Academy”. She is also well versed in Developing Skin & Hair Care Products with many years of experience in the laboratory as well as her production factory in Delhi, where she manufactures these products for various third-party companies as well. Besides making excellent food at home she also formulates a wide range of more than 150 kinds of Skin and Hair Care Products as a part of her menu

Being amongst India's top trainers in product & skill knowledge in the beauty industry. She has conducted numerous workshops and training programs for popular brands such as Dabur, The Body Shop, Amway, etc. She believes in learning a new skill every year and thus holds more than 25 certificates in various skills related to beauty and hair treatment.

She has served as a guest faculty at several institutes for over two decades, imparting knowledge on various topics related to the beauty industry. She visits as a Guest Lecturer at Delhi University for Salon Management and Retail Marketing. She is also actively involved in designing the Curriculum Framework for various Vocational Courses in beauty & salon management in Polytechnics.

As a Permanent Makeup Expert, she has worked with Bollywood Celebrities, Super Models, Prominent Beauty Brands and virtually the who's who of society. With over 26 years of experience in amalgamating salon & education, Gunjann is also a Celebrity Trainer, Columnist as well as a Permanent Makeup Expert with many Cancer Foundation NGOs.

Gunjann is a popular columnist for several magazines, dailies & online portals. Her popular beauty shows on Television & Radio have won her a legion of fans. Her contribution to the beauty industry as an educationist has been phenomenal. She has represented India in the Commonwealth Asia Makeup Competition as well as make up jury for many events including those of B&WSSC. She has been a Guest Speaker in Salon Management Congress each year and spoken on various topics concerning Salon Management and Franchising in the Beauty Industry.
